The gentle approach. If you’re unsure where to begin or how coaching might feel for you, this could be the perfect option. Through weekly sessions going at your own pace, this service empowers you to identify and release attachments to the past, creating space for new possibilities. Understanding that Life Coaching packages can sometimes feel out of reach, this option is designed to make the benefits more accessible.
TRANSFORM
£200 per session
Delve into a comprehensive session that aims to overhaul old outdated systems. This service adds a little more intensity offering to confront your most challenging hurdles. We’ll work together to figure out how many sessions you will need depending on your goals.

EVOLVE
£395 per session
The tailored approach. This is the ultimate life-hack— a radical, deep dissection of how you operate; mind, body and soul. This option is the toughest but has the potential to get you there faster. I’ll work behind the scenes, to help you hack your life-blocks (you will have homework). Think of this as your own personalized workshop.
